smmcheap.com provides digital social media marketing services. No physical goods are sold or shipped.

1. How services are delivered

Services are delivered online to the link or username you enter when placing an order. No shipping applies.

2. Start time

Most orders start automatically within minutes of being placed. The expected start time is shown in each service description.

3. Delivery time

Under normal circumstances, orders are completed within 3 calendar days. Large quantities and services marked as gradual or drip-feed may take longer, as stated in the service description.

4. Order tracking

You can follow the status of every order in the Orders section of your account.

5. Orders that cannot be delivered

If an order cannot be delivered, for example because a service is withdrawn or a platform rejects the link, it is canceled and the full price is returned to your panel balance, as described in our Refund Policy.

6. Your responsibility

The link must be correct and the account or post must stay public until the order is completed. Orders placed with a wrong or private link cannot be delivered.
