These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SMMCHEAP website, panel and API (together, the "Service"), operated by SMMCHEAP ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, adding funds or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for making sure your use of the Service is legal where you live and complies with the rules of the social media platforms you order for.

2. Your account

  • Give accurate information when you sign up and keep your email address current. It is how we reach you about orders, refunds and security.
  • You are responsible for everything done through your account and your API key. Keep your password and API key private. We recommend turning on two-factor authentication.
  • One person or business may hold one account. Creating extra accounts to claim a bonus, promotion or reward more than once is not allowed.
  • Tell us straight away at support@smmcheap.com if you think someone else has access to your account.

3. The services we sell

  • We sell social media promotion services: followers, likes, views, comments and similar engagement, delivered to a public link or username you provide.
  • We never need your social media password. A public link or username is all an order requires. Anyone asking for your password in our name is not us.
  • Each service lists its rate, minimum and maximum quantity and description on the Services page, along with tags such as NON-DROP, R30 or NO REFILL. The description and tags that are on a service when you order are part of your order.
  • Start times and delivery speeds are estimates, not guarantees. Large orders take longer, and speed can vary with provider capacity and the platform itself.
  • Some services are provided on our own infrastructure (tagged OWN PROVIDE). Others are fulfilled through third-party providers. In both cases we are responsible to you for the order.
  • We sell quantities of engagement, not results. We do not promise sales, reach, rankings or any other business outcome.
  • SMMCHEAP is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook, Telegram or any other social media platform. All trademarks belong to their owners.

4. Placing orders

  • Check the link before you order. It must be correct, public and stay public until the order is complete.
  • Do not change the username or link, make the account or post private, or delete the post while an order is running. If you do, the order may be marked complete without full delivery and is not refundable.
  • Do not run another order for the same link and service at the same time, whether with us or with another seller. We cannot count delivery accurately when two orders overlap, and delivery shortfalls caused by overlapping orders are not refundable.
  • Once an order is placed, it runs until it completes unless you ask to cancel it. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for how cancellation and partial refunds work.

5. Prices, balance and payments

  • Our prices are public. Anyone can see them on the Services page without signing up. Prices are per 1,000 units unless the service says otherwise.
  • We may change prices at any time. A price change never affects an order that has already been placed.
  • You pay for orders from your panel balance. You add balance through the payment methods shown on the Add Funds page. The payment provider handles the payment itself; we never receive your card details or wallet private keys.
  • Payment providers and blockchain networks may charge their own fees. Those fees are not set by us and are not refundable by us.
  • Deposit bonuses, promotional credit, affiliate earnings and Share & Earn rewards are promotional balance. You can spend promotional balance on orders, but it cannot be withdrawn or refunded. The rules for each programme are on its own page.

6. Refunds and refills

  • Refunds, cancellations and partial refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
  • Refills are available only on services that offer them (for example NON-DROP or R30), within the period the service states, through the Refill button or a support ticket. Services tagged NO REFILL have no refill.

7. What you may not do

You may not use the Service to:

  • promote content that is illegal, hateful, violent, sexually exploits minors, or infringes someone else's rights;
  • harass, impersonate or defraud anyone, or push engagement onto accounts you have no right to promote in order to harm them;
  • pay with funds or payment accounts that are not yours, or launder money;
  • open a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support (see the Refund & Cancellation Policy);
  • exploit a bug, pricing error or system fault instead of reporting it;
  • overload the site or API, scrape it by means other than the API, or try to get into systems or accounts you are not authorised to use.

Reselling our services to your own customers, directly or through our API or a child panel, is allowed.

8. API and child panels

  • Your API key gives full access to order on your balance. Treat it like a password. Orders placed with your key are your orders.
  • We may rate-limit or temporarily block API traffic that endangers the stability of the Service.
  • If you run a child panel, you are responsible for your own customers, your own terms and your own support. You are our customer; your customers are not.

9. Support

  • Support is provided through tickets in the panel and the contact channels on our Contact page.
  • Some replies are prepared by an AI assistant. AI replies are labelled as such, and you can ask for a person at any time. Refunds and payment disputes are always handled by a person.

10. Suspension and account closure

  • We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, is involved in fraud, chargebacks or refund abuse, or puts other users or the Service at risk. We may ask you to verify your identity or payment before restoring access.
  • If we close an account for fraud, a chargeback or abuse, we may keep the remaining balance to cover the losses and costs it caused.
  • If we close your account for any other reason, we refund the unused deposited balance (not promotional balance) to your original payment method.
  • You can close your account at any time by contacting support. Unused deposited balance is refunded only as the Refund & Cancellation Policy allows.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

  • The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
  • Social media platforms can remove engagement, limit reach or restrict accounts at any time. These actions are outside our control. Where a service includes refill, the refill is the remedy.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost revenue or damage to an account's standing on a platform.
  • To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

12. Indemnity

You agree to cover us for claims, losses and costs that arise from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service, including claims made by your own customers.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. We announce significant changes on the site before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.
