This policy explains what personal data SMMCHEAP ("we", "us") collects when you use our website, panel and API, why we collect it, who we share it with and what control you have over it. For privacy questions, email info@smmcheap.com.

1. What we collect

  • Account data: your username, email address, and any name or contact field you fill in at signup. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google.
  • Order data: the links or usernames you submit, the services you choose, quantities, prices and order status.
  • Payment data: deposit amounts, payment method, dates and transaction IDs. Payments are processed by the payment provider. We never receive your card number or your wallet private keys.
  • Support data: the messages and attachments you send us through tickets, email or Telegram.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, login times, and your language, currency and display settings.
  • Cookies and local storage: used to keep you signed in, protect forms against forgery and remember your language, currency and light/dark theme. Payment providers may set their own cookies on their payment pages under their own policies.

We never ask for your social media passwords, and we do not store them.

2. Why we use it

  • To run your account and deliver your orders.
  • To process deposits, refunds and refills.
  • To answer support requests.
  • To keep the Service secure and prevent fraud, chargeback abuse and account takeover.
  • To meet accounting and legal obligations.
  • To send service messages about orders, security and changes to our terms. We only send marketing emails if you have agreed to receive them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

3. AI in support

Support requests may first be read by an AI assistant. It uses your message and the related order details to look up your order and draft a reply. AI replies are labelled as AI, and you can ask for a person at any time. Refunds and payment disputes are always decided by a person.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share only what each service provider needs to do its job:

  • Panel software and hosting providers, which run the website and store the data.
  • Payment providers (currently Cryptomus and Binance Pay), which process your deposits and refunds.
  • Service providers that fulfil orders. They receive only the link or username and the quantity. They do not receive your name, email address or payment details.
  • Email, messaging and AI support tools, which we use to communicate with you.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it or to protect our users and the Service from fraud or harm.

Some of these providers operate in other countries. By using the Service you understand that your data may be processed outside your own country.

5. How long we keep it

  • We keep account data while your account is open.
  • After an account is closed, we keep order, payment and support records only as long as we need them for accounting, fraud prevention, disputes and legal obligations. After that we delete or anonymise them.
  • We keep technical logs for a limited period for security purposes.

6. Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

  • give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
  • correct inaccurate data;
  • delete your account and personal data (we may keep records that we must keep by law, or that relate to an open balance, refund or dispute);
  • stop sending you marketing messages.

Email info@smmcheap.com from the email address on your account. We reply within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity first.

7. Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and access to account data is limited to what each task needs. Two-factor authentication is available in your account settings. Keep your password and API key private. Anyone who has your API key can place orders on your balance.

8. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will close it.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top. We announce significant changes on the site.
