AI Support
We don't close
a ticket
until it's solved.
Most panels close your ticket to clear the queue. That is the one thing we have decided never to do. AI picks the request up, handles what it can, and hands the rest to a person who follows it through.
Channels
One desk, two ways in
Ticket and private group reach the same desk with the same order context. Update channels are a separate, one-way thing.
Ticket
Opened from inside the panel. Every message, order reference and decision stays on your account permanently — the right choice when you may need the record later.
Best for refunds, disputes, anything you want written down
Private group
On request we open a private Telegram or WhatsApp group for you or your team. Several people from your side can be in it and everyone sees the same answers.
Ask in a ticket · separate from the public channels below
Update channels
One-way and public: service updates, price changes, downtime notices. Following one does not open a support group — that is the separate arrangement on the left.
The desk
What happens after you hit send
The AI never guesses at your order. It reads it.
Scope
Handled directly, or handed over
We would rather tell you where the line is than pretend a bot can do everything.
AI resolves directly
- Order status, start count and remaining quantity
- Refill eligibility and starting the refill
- Cancel requests on services that allow cancellation
- Which service fits a given link or goal
- Rate, minimum, maximum and average start time
- API errors, key issues and sample requests
- Deposit not showing yet — checking the chain confirmation
Goes straight to a human
- Refund requests and payment disputes
- Custom pricing or bulk quotes
- Child panel setup and domain issues
- Account security and access problems
- A service behaving differently than its tags say
- Anything where you ask for a person
Ask for a human at any point
Type "human" in any channel and the conversation is handed over with the full thread attached. You never have to explain the problem twice, and the AI does not try to talk you out of it.
What to expect
Three stages
1 · Acknowledged
A new request is picked up on the ticket or in your private group. That is acknowledgement, not resolution — you know it landed and who has it.
2 · Handled or passed on
Anything the desk can act on itself — order status, refill, cancel where allowed, deposit checks — is done within set criteria. Anything depending on an outside provider is forwarded and tracked on your behalf.
3 · Set aside for a person
Complex cases are deliberately queued for manual handling rather than answered with a guess. Slower, and correct.
We don't close a ticket until it's solved
This is our own rule rather than a technical lock. An unresolved request stays in the queue until there is an outcome you have seen — we do not clear it to tidy the list.
FAQ
About the desk
Is it a bot pretending to be a person?
No. AI replies are labelled AI SUPPORT in every channel. When a human takes over, you see that too.
Can it actually change my order?
It can start a refill, request a cancel where the service allows it, and check deposit confirmations. It cannot issue refunds or change pricing — those need a person.
How do I get a private group?
Ask in a ticket and we set it up on Telegram or WhatsApp. It is not the same as following our public update channel — that one is one-way and does not create a support group.
What does "we don't close it" mean in practice?
It is a rule we hold ourselves to, not a lock in the software. An unresolved request is not cleared from the queue to make the numbers look better — it stays until there is an outcome you have seen.
